Univender is an entirely online platform designed to connect a company's sales team with exclusive, high-quality training and courses.
As the Project Manager and Video Production Director of the first 10 courses for the learning institution, I oversaw a standardized scope that encompassed videos, podcasts, workbooks, and knowledge assessment tests.
Video Production
I played a key role in shaping the creative vision for video content, collaborating on script development, overseeing pre-production planning, and directing on-set activities. I was responsible for casting, shot composition, and guiding the production team to ensure the final product aligned with the intended message.
In post-production, I worked closely with editors and visual effects artists, maintaining quality control and client communication throughout the process. Overall, my role spanned the entire video production process, ensuring the cohesive execution of the creative vision from concept to the final product.

Competency and Diagnosis Report
In constructing the Competency and Diagnosis Report, I collaborated with university commercial experts to define objectives, identify key sales competencies, and analyze specific behaviors associated with each. Based on that, I led the team that created the framework adopted by the University. This became the initial step when any company hired the university to train its sales force.
Each team member completed a questionnaire, and based on the generated report, received a grade for each key competency, along with a personalized development plan complete with deadlines to address competency gaps. Utilizing this report, Univender proposed customized training plans, intricately tailored to accommodate the distinctive learning journey of every team member for each client.

Podcast production
I played a key role in defining concepts, planning, and executing each podcast across all courses. I ensured high-quality recording, oversaw scripting, and managed detailed editing. Leveraging listener feedback, I continuously adapted and improved the content.

Production of Digital and Printed Workbook
For each course, a digital workbook with key takeaways was provided at the end of the content. I was responsible for ensuring the alignment of content with the course, overseeing instructional design professionals, review and editing, creation of interactive resources, and final testing.
